Each product listed on the website has its own product specification, but if you require any more information, please contact our customer support team on 0330 460 9498, where your call will be received between 8am and 10pm.

Do the prices include delivery and VAT?

Yes. The price shown before checkout is a delivered price that includes VAT once you enter your postcode.

Can you advise on how much I should order?

We have included a calculator for each category to help you understand the approximate quantity of material you will need. This will likely be different for each product category.

Please note that it is helpful to have a few spares for any replacements or damage that may happen at a later date. We advise you to purchase 10% additional product for these cuts. Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of excess material.

What happens if I under order?

We sell by the M2, not by the pack, therefore it is impossible to under order with us. You'll be able to order exactly what you need. As you order exactly what you require, additional delivery costs may be incurred due to the volume of your order. 

What happens if I discover after ordering my products that it is out of stock?

If there are any issues with your order, we will always call you to make you aware of this. In this case, you will be entitled to a full refund, can wait for the product(s) to come back in stock, or consider an alternative product. We will be happy to discuss any of these options with you.

Will the floor/wall tiles, paving slabs, and veneer sheets I order be the same as my sample?

Yes. As our porcelain paving products are man-made, we can guarantee that the product will replicate the sample accurately.

Can you guarantee the colour?

Yes. The colour is guaranteed because our porcelain products are manufactured using porcelain inkjet printing technology, which means the design will be the same every time.

Can your flooring tiles be used on walls?

The porcelain paving tiles we offer can be used on internal walls. However, we do recommend that you seek advice from a professional installer. They will be able to assess the construction before the installation.

Please note that for areas over 2.5m in height, mechanical fixing may be required.

How can I clean my tiles?

Porcelain paving tiles are relatively low maintenance. We recommend regular gentle cleaning, mopping, and sweeping to ensure that your tiles look their best year-round.

We also offer a wide range of intensive cleaning products perfect for cleaning and caring for your tiles.

How hard-wearing is porcelain paving?

If installed and looked after properly, porcelain tiles can last for years and years.

Porcelain paving is also stain, scratch, fade, mould, and frost-resistant.

Is porcelain paving suitable for my kitchen?

Yes. Our porcelain paving products are all suitable for interior use as well as exterior.

Please note that you should always check that the thickness of the porcelain tiles you purchase is suitable for installation in your desired area.

Can your porcelain paving tiles be used for both interior and exterior applications?

Product quality and product performance.

At Porcelain Paving Direct, we offer you products directly from the source, and each has specific testing criteria and documentation for performance and testing requirements. All of our products should have a certificate of performance or CE mark to indicate that the product is fit for purpose.

Please be aware that many products sold in the UK from India are from unregulated sources with no test or control criteria that can result in long term performance issues with the natural stone products chosen.

What way should I install my porcelain paving?

When you unpack your paving you will notice the underside has a different finish - this is the mould and the underside of the tile. Watch our video over on YouTube for an installation rundown.

How will my order be delivered?

All orders will arrive packed onto a pallet. From placing your order, you are accepting our delivery conditions and are confirming that the delivery address meets our third-party haulier conditions, which are:

  • Deliveries are made using a tail-lift offload and are lowered to the ground.
  • Our couriers’ delivery will be between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
  • The order will be delivered to the closest, safest, and most accessible point of the property and, in most cases, is curbside delivery.
  • Please ensure that there are no overhead obstructions, including overhanging trees or cables. If there are any height restrictions on the delivery route, please inform us because this could interrupt the delivery.
  • We do not deliver by crane or hiab.
  • If your access is restricted, please contact us immediately. The road must be wide enough for a lorry to fit down, typically wider and larger than a dustbin lorry.
  • If any broken concrete, gravel, or sloping ground is present, pallets may be left on the roadside if safe to do so.
  • There is a manual pump truck on board the delivery vehicle, and this may be used on flat, hard standing ground at the driver’s discretion.
  • A responsible person must be present at the property upon delivery because the driver cannot handle the goods or enter the customer property. If no one is present, there may be an additional charge if the product needs to be returned for reissue.
How long does delivery take?

All deliveries are usually made within 3-5 working days, for orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday.

Our delivery team will contact you on the day of delivery to notify you of the expected arrival time. We will not attempt to make a delivery at weekends or on bank holidays.

Will somebody need to be present to receive the delivery?

Yes. All deliveries must be signed for, so you need to ensure that either you or a representative is present to receive the delivery. This is to help resolve any potential issues our driver may encounter during the delivery process.

What refund do I get if the goods are no longer required after delivery?

In the instance that you wish to return the product(s) you have ordered, please contact us, and we will discuss your options with you. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of delivery to return the goods.

The product(s) must be returned in the same condition and packaging as when they were delivered. Product(s) must be returned within 14 days.

To avoid having to return products, we advise that you obtain a free sample before supply to ensure the product you receive complies with your expectations.
