To confirm receipt the drive will sign the POD on your behalf.

You must stay a safe distance from the delivery vehicle.

Our delivery driver is not allowed to enter your property.

Deliveries can only be made to ground floor premises.

Deliveries can only be made on a solid flat surface. We can't deliver onto gravel or grass.

Deliveries can't be made on steep inclines.
