You hereby acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise, assurance, representation, or warranty made or given by, or on behalf of us, which is not set out in these terms and conditions. You shall have no claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation based on any statement in this agreement.

We will accept your order once an email has been sent to you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between both parties. Should there be any issues or errors with your order, we will notify you.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you in writing and will not charge you for the product. Reasons for this could be that the product is out of stock, we are unable to fulfil your order in the agreed timescale due to unforeseen circumstances, or because we have identified an error in the price or transportation cost of the product.
Upon receiving your order, we will assign an order number to you and inform you what it is via an order notification email that you will receive.
Currently, we only sell to the UK and there are certain areas with delivery restrictions. At the checkout, any delivery restrictions will be stated. You can contact us by phone or email if you have any delivery enquiries.
Additionally, the packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website.
Please note that our customers are responsible for disposing of any pallets and bulk bags after their use.
If you wish to make any changes to the product[s] you have ordered, we ask that you please contact us. We will inform you of the change if possible and of any potential implications to the price of the product you have chosen.
The price of delivery will be displayed on the website when you input your address and postcode. Please note that we cannot deliver to all UK addresses and we will advise you at the relevant time if we cannot make a delivery to your requested address. Deliveries are normally made within 3-5 working days for orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday.
All deliveries require access for a tail-lift and a pallet truck. National deliveries are provided by an external haulier. If there are any possible delivery restrictions, customers must advise of this as delivery vehicles are typically large 18-tonne vehicles.
You must have a flat solid ground capable of manoeuvring a pallet truck. If you fail to comply with any of the above you may result in a failed delivery and additional charges if deliveries have to be reattempted. As a customer, you must provide a telephone number to enable our hauliers to call you before dispatch from the distribution centre.
We expect you or the nominated advocate to be present upon delivery to receive and sign for the delivery.
If you wish to return the product you have ordered, please contact us as soon as you can. We will discuss your options with you. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of delivery in returning the goods.
The goods must be returned in the same condition and packaging as when delivered. The goods must be returned within 14 days. We advise that you order a free sample of the product you intend to purchase to ensure the product you receive complies with your expectations.
