Our porcelain slabs are strong, durable and easy to clean. Our vitrification process means the tiles are able to withstand all weather conditions, and have a very long lifespan without cracking, chipping, or fading.

R11 slip rating porcelain tiles

Choose anti-slip porcelain tiles - all of our porcelain tiles are rated with a minimum of R11 slip rating which makes them equally suitable for all indoor and outdoor areas, including patios, bathrooms, kitchens and more.

The non-slip properties of porcelain tiles are one of their main selling points, as they’re generally safe to walk on in all conditions.

How to lay porcelain slabs

Laying porcelain tiles isn’t much different to installing standard paving, though you must ensure that you use a slurry primer to the underside of the tiles. Laying tiles on a solid mortar bed ensures a professional finish with full support and adhesion.

Slabs must be primed, placed in position, spaced evenly using spacers and left for a while to dry before being walked on.

It’s beneficial to grout your porcelain tiles once installed, as this helps properly seal the tiles and increases their lifespan.

Is porcelain ideal for outdoors?

Porcelain tiles are the ideal choice for outdoor spaces, including patios, steps, gardens, pool areas and more. Offering durability, weather resistance and striking aesthetics, porcelain is usually a better choice than natural stone for patio areas.
